By accessing or using Matta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Account Terms

Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription Tiers

Matta offers the following membership tiers:

  • Free Tier: Basic access to platform features
  • Pro Tier: Enhanced features, priority support, and exclusive content

Content Policies

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you post, upload, or share on Matta. By posting content, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content
  • Represent that you own or have necessary rights to the content
  • Agree that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains viruses or malicious code
  • Is spam or unsolicited advertising
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Contains false or misleading information

Community Guidelines

Matta is a professional community for entrepreneurs and creators. We expect all members to:

  • Treat other members with respect and professionalism
  • Engage in constructive and meaningful discussions
  • Provide value to the community through sharing and collaboration
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality
  • Report inappropriate behavior or content

Intellectual Property Rights

The Matta platform, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Matta and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the platform without our express written permission.

Payments and Billing

Subscription Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Event Tickets and Store Purchases

  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
  • Store purchases are subject to our return and refund policy
  • Digital products are non-refundable after access is granted

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the platform
  • Any errors or omissions in any content

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
